You should always only use the eye drops prescribed by your ophthalmologist, as this is not a harmless treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Before<\/strong> instilling the eye drops in your eye, you need to take a few precautions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>check that there are no errors in the delivery of the bottle.<\/li><li>check that you're using the right bottle and that it hasn't expired<\/li><li>check that it has not been open for more than 15 days (or 28 days for some)<\/li><li>wash your hands thoroughly<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Instillation<\/strong> is simple, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tilt your head slightly backward.<\/li><li>gently pull the lower eyelid<\/li><li>put a drop in the conjunctival gutter<\/li><li>don't hesitate to add more if you're not sure that the first one has been put on properly<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>After<\/strong> treatment, don't forget to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>close the bottle tightly or discard the single-dose container<\/li><li>protect the bottle from light<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">There is another <strong>technique<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>lying back<\/li><li>close your eyes<\/li><li>put one or two drops in the inner corner of the eye<\/li><li>open your eyes so that the drop spreads over the cornea<\/li><li>wait a few moments before standing up<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les collyres sont des gouttes qui servent \u00e0 soigner les yeux, du grec kollurion.
